1- Upwards of 40% of YouTube Video Ad Views Happened on Televisions

2- Landing Pages Were More Important Than Ever

Creating beautiful ads with ideal audience targeting is only part of the digital marketing picture. With the explosive growth of online usage in 2020 that just kept growing, it became more and more apparent that websites and landing pages optimized to walk potential clients through a sales funnel are not only good to have, they’re essential. In fact, a well-designed landing page actually causes Google and Facebook to show your ads more often. 3- 76% of Google Ad Clicks Happened on Mobile Devices 

While Statista reported that nearly 55% of total web traffic was from mobile in 2021, we saw even higher mobile usage in our clients’ results! Clicks coming from mobile devices averaged 76% across all of our clients’ ads on the Google Search & Display networks.

What does that mean for us? We will continue to focus on optimizing websites, landing pages, emails and ads to ensure a great mobile user experience.

4- Email Open and Clickthrough Rates Beat Industry Averages

Email continued to be an effective channel for our clients in 2021! With open rates and clickthrough rates typically above industry averages, our clients’ customers and prospective customers continually engaged with their brands. The value our clients saw from email is not surprising, given that the average ROI for email marketing is $36 for every $1 spent (Constant Contact, 2021).
